By checking this box, I consent to hold harmless and release and waiver of all rights to and claims of damages against the Thomas Cameron Memorial Foundation, the City of Milton, Santa Rosa County, the Blackwater Heritage Trail Organizations, the officers, agents, representatives and sponsors for any and all damages or injuries sustained or suffered in this event. I hereby grant permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any still or video images for any purpose whatsoever. I also agree to pay the designated registration fee and the charges incurred by the credit card processor which is $15 per registration. I understand that it is my responsibility to make sure that I have the correct race badge on, securely, for the official results to be accurate.
